Prices on this website do not include delivery. Delivery will be calculated during the checkout process BEFORE you are asked to pay. We are happy to arrange a quote for delivery if you are outside our standard delivery area – just ask us! Artificial Grass Online uses external carriers for its delivery service. Deliveries are by 1 man and they are not capable of lifting or moving grass once rolled off side of truck on driveway or other areas that are accessible by truck.
AGO is happy to accept returns if you change your mind. Freight cost back to depot of origin in this case is the responsibility of the customer. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns. We are also happy to offer a refund if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered or collected. Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours otherwise a 25% re-stocking fee is charged.
A full refund (less freight) is offered on faulty product or if we deliver the incorrect product.
